You dont need to use group policy.

Admin console: powercfg.exe /hibernate off

Now its off. Hybrid sleep is just a faster Hibernate.

  I meant that you can thankfully disable it with group policy so that the 3000 laptops I manage at work don’t all cook in backpacks every day.
