I would like to know if there is a smartwatch focused on privacy. I don’t want to sell my data to any company

You have the PineTime, AsteroidOS, ZSWatch (not yet available), Watchy and a couple of others. The new (re)Pebble looks promising (open source). I went for a Polar watch from Finland.
