That’s unfortunate. I want to try this game, but I feel like I’m either going to love it, or hate it, and don’t want to waste my money if it’s the latter.
Any place I can try a demo?

Do you work for UAP? This happened recently at my job, and was fucking hilarious.
Omg thank you for this! I have to go over to my mom’s to clean her litter box all the time. With this she’ll be able to do it herself!
Never understood people’s need for acceptance from their parents. Them liking you has no more meaning than anyone else. So unless literally everyone hates you, I’d say you’re doing just fine.
I’ll get excited when it releases if it isn’t full of mtx bullshit. So I’ll probably never get excited.
That’s a good start, but I think most people just want it to work. They don’t want to take the time to curate it all themselves.
I’d be happy if it was only twice. I see the same posts 3-4 times, regularly. I’ve taken to blocking a lot of instances, but I feel like that destroys the purpose of lemmy.
Idk, maybe reddit will eventually design an app that’s not hot garbage, and I can return there.
The problem with those other 5 communities, is that they fracture the user base. Even before the one you were using gets scuttled, the users are split between several places, and they all feel dead, because again, the user base is fractured.
I like the idea of Lemmy, but honestly don’t see how the idea is sustainable if it wants to grow.
Yes, and I don’t understand how anyone thinks it’s sustainable. Inevitably, 1 instance will rise above the rest, and become the only one that matters. But due to the ever growing number of instances, and user’s insistence that federation is the way forward, it will take years before anything palatable appears.
You’re description only leaves me with more questions. I have no idea what you’re talking about, and therefore have no answer.
I’ll watch the trailer 2 years from now, when the game is nearing completion. Until then this means almost nothing.
I know… They added it all afterwards, when I already felt like the game was over, and despite there being lots to do now, I just can’t will myself back into the game.
I’m aware of how the game works yes. Once I bought the golden clock, there was basically nothing to do on my farm except for planting on the first day of each season. Aside from that it’s fully automated. It just got boring, and it felt like the game was over, and I just can’t shake that feeling.
Technically yes, but at a certain point all you’re doing is tending your crops, which gets boring when you have nothing more to work towards.
Now there’s more to do, but since I did so much, I’m just burned out on the game, and can’t get back into it.
I’m worried about the humour. It felt like they’re trying to force it. We’ll see though, I’ll be happy to be wrong.
You’re making it worse, not better lol. There’s too much to do, that’s why I’m not returning, adding more is not the solution.
Really wish I had it in me to replay this game.
This has tempered my expectations for the show. I’ll give it a shot (fallout is my favourite game series), but I’m no longer super excited.
So basically all things that should’ve been there on release. Really glad I only played the demo and haven’t wasted money on this game yet. Although it sounds like it might finally be at a point worth playing.
The haptic feedback and trigger intensity is huge, those were major turn offs during the demo.
But it’s a dlc, not even the whole game.
