My #JollaC2 also took nearly two weeks or so to ship (@jolla replied immediately when I sent them an email asking about the status though), so you indeed might need to be patient.
I am using it for about one week now as my main phone (“daily driver”, but I can not replace my iPhone completely with it so far). I posted my experiences a few days ago and while it has some shortcomings one needs to live with at the moment, it also has a few nice features and advantages.
So overall it looks like it might work out for me.
Otherwise though I agree with many of the posts in this thread: People need to buy these phones now to help them move out of their niches. And that of course means that these early-adopters are willing to put up with shortcomings because they are valuing other aspects (like protecting their data) more than the slick, perfect experience e.g. an #iPhone or #Android phones offer.

Does the Sony Xperia you are listing in your store with SailfishOS offer any advantage over the Jolla C2?
