1 year agoEven as somebody who has never used, and will likely never need Apollo, I am really grateful for what he did. However unintentionally, I think he ripped the mask off how rotten the management structure was. It’s one thing to sell ads and collect hidden metadata. Pretty much all the apps do it. But the whole way Reddit treated him was beyond despicable.
No they aren’t. Not all protests are good. It is essential that political disagreements don’t capsize the society we live in. Any protests that can’t be ignored is essentially mob rule
