The problem is that people switched to get their news from social media, and our adversaries are using that towards their advantage.

Yeah, there are games where side quests are just cookie cutter and all look the same and there are ones, where you won’t get full experience of the game unless you also do side quests and they can even affect game ending. Witcher 3 was such experience for me. If I would just storm through main quest, ignoring side quests I don’t think the game would leave as much of a lasting impression as it did.
