Pro tip to our friends in the east*: if you don’t want to have to freeze your butts protesting in the depths of winter to get rid of a strongman, then you need to vote, vote, VOTE well in advance, every time you have a chance, picking the non-strongman candidates, and if necessary get involved and run for election yourself.
